Terms of Service

UniGlobal Mock Interviews, operated by Uniglobal Education Consultancy Pvt Ltd, is a practice tool. It simulates the style of questions asked in UK student visa and CAS credibility interviews, scores your answers using artificial intelligence, and produces a report estimating how well you performed.

This is not immigration advice, and we are not affiliated with UK Visas and Immigration, the Home Office, or any government body. The “visa success probability” in your report is an AI-generated estimate of interview performance only. It does not predict, influence or guarantee the outcome of any real visa application. For advice on your application, consult a qualified immigration adviser.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your login credentials secure, and not to share your account with anyone else.

New accounts require approval by our team before interview features unlock. We may decline or revoke approval at our discretion, for example where we suspect misuse or fraudulent details.

Every approved account includes a number of free practice sessions. Beyond that, continued access requires an active subscription.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A subscription grants access for the stated period and does not renew automatically unless the checkout says so.

If a payment succeeds but access is not granted because of a fault on our side, we will restore access or refund you in full. Refunds are otherwise at our discretion once practice sessions have been used, since the service is delivered immediately on purchase.

To request a refund, email info@uniglobaleducon.com from your registered address within 7 days of the payment, quoting the payment reference shown in your account.

You agree not to: use the service for anything unlawful; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it; use automated tools to create accounts or generate interview sessions; resell or redistribute our questions, feedback or reports; or upload content that is abusive, or that contains another person's personal data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

Scores, identified mistakes, suggestions and reports are produced by an AI language model. They can be wrong, inconsistent, or incomplete, and two similar answers may receive different scores. Treat the feedback as practice guidance, not as an assessment of your real prospects.

Voice interviews are transcribed automatically. Transcription errors can affect the score you receive.

You keep ownership of the answers you write or speak. You grant us the licence needed to process them in order to deliver the service — including sending them to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — and to keep them in your account history.

The interview questions, model answers, preparation material, reports, branding and software are owned by Uniglobal Education Consultancy Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own preparation only.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or change or discontinue features. The service depends on third-party providers, and their outages may affect it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you take — including any immigration or financial decision — in reliance on feedback from this service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access where you breach these terms. Provisions on content ownership, liability and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
